C. Lourenço Gonçalves,
has been President and

Company, since February
24, 2003. In May 1,
2006, Mr. Gonçalves
became Chairman of the
Board of Metals USA
Holdings Corp. Mr. Gonçalves
served as President and
Chief Executive Officer
of California Steel
Industries, Inc. (CSI),
from March 1998 to
February 2003. From 1981
to 1998, he was employed
by Companhia Siderurgica
Nacional (CSN), a major
steel company
headquartered in Brazil,
where he held several
positions, most recently
being Managing Director.
Mr. Gonçalves holds a
Masters degree from the
Federal University of
Minas Gerais (UFMG) in
Metallurgical
Engineering and a
bachelor’s degree from
the Military Institute
of Engineering (IME) in
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Robert C. McPherson, III,
became Senior Vice
President on March 31,
2003 and Chief Financial
Officer on December 1,
2005, and Senior Vice
President and Chief
Financial Officer of
Metals USA Holdings on
May 1, 2006. From
August 2004 through
November 2005,
Mr. McPherson was
President of our
Building Products Group
and from March 2003 to
August 2004, Mr.
McPherson was Senior
Vice President, Business
Development. Prior to
joining Metals USA,
Mr. McPherson was
employed at California
Steel Industries, Inc.
(CSI). From 1989 until
March 2003,
Mr. McPherson served in
a number of capacities
at CSI, most recently as
Treasurer and
Controller.

John A. Hageman,
became Senior Vice
President, Chief Legal
Officer, Chief
Administrative Officer
and Secretary of Metals
USA in April 1997, and
of Metals USA Holdings
Corp. on May 1, 2006.
From 1987 through 1997
Mr. Hageman was Senior
Vice President of Legal
Affairs, General Counsel
and Secretary of
Physician Corporation of
America, in Miami, FL.
From 1981 to 1987,
Mr. Hageman was a
partner with a law firm
in Wichita, Kansas.

Keith Koci,
became Senior Vice
President, Business
Development of Metals
USA on December 1, 2005,
and of Metals USA
Holdings Corp. on May 1,
2006. Mr. Koci joined
Metals USA in August,
1998 as a Regional
Controller in the Flat
Rolled Group.
Subsequently, he served
as Corporate Director of
Budgeting from August
2003 through May 2004,
and then served as Vice
President, Corporate
Controller from May 2004
through November 2005.
Prior to joining Metals
USA, Mr. Koci was CFO
and Controller for
Optimum Nutrition Inc.,
from 1996 until 1998.
Mr. Koci is a Certified
Public Accountant,
licensed in the state of
Texas.

|
Roger Krohn,
became President of the
Flat Rolled and
Non-Ferrous Group in
November of 2003. Mr. Krohn
served as President of
Krohn Steel Service
Center from 1982 until
its acquisition by
Metals USA in 1998.
After that, Mr. Krohn
remained as General
Manager of that location
until becoming President
of the Flat Rolled and
Non-Frrous Group. After
attending college, Mr. Krohn
served seven years as a
pilot in the U.S. Air
Force, and was
commissioned as an
officer in 1975.

David A. Martens,
became President of the
Plates and Shapes Group
- West in July 2005.
From 1999 through 2005,
Mr. Martens was Vice
President of Metals
USA’s Plates and Shapes
South-central Region.
Mr. Martens was employed
at Singer Steel, Inc.
from 1978 until it was
acquired by Uni-Steel,
Inc. in 1987.
Mr. Martens served in a
number of capacities at
Uni-Steel, most recently
as Executive Vice
President from 1992 to
1997.

Joe Longo,
became President of the
Plates and Shapes Group
- East in July 2005.
Prior to that, Mr. Longo
served as Metals USA’s
Vice President, Plates
and Shapes Northeast
between January 2001 and
July 2005. Mr. Longo
began his career with
Bethlehem Steel in 1972.
He joined Levinson Steel
in 1983, where he held
various management
positions, including
Vice President of the
Eastern Region. Levinson
Steel was later
purchased by Metals USA.
Mr. Longo is a graduate
of the University of
Maryland.

Randy Fox,
became President of the
Building Products Group
in April 2007. Prior to
that, Mr. Fox served as
Vice President of Sales
and Operations of the
Building Products Group
between September 2006
and April 2007. Mr. Fox
has also served as
General Manager for
Metals USA in Grand
Rapids, MI and
Chattanooga, TN from
December 2003 to October
2006. Mr. Fox began his
career with Bethlehem
Steel in 1993, where he
held sales and
management positions.
Mr. Fox left Bethlehem
in April 2000 to join
California Steel
Industries (CSI), where
he served as OEM
Industry Sales Manager.
Mr. Fox is a graduate of
the Southern Illinois
University.

Robert T. Reilley,
joined Metals USA in
September of 1997 and
became President of the
i- Solutions Group of
Metals USA in October of
2005. He had served as
Vice President and
General Manager of that
Group since June, 2000.
Mr. Reilley began his
career in the metals
service center industry
with Edgcomb Metals
Company and held several
management positions
during his 17 year
tenure at Edgcomb. Mr.
Reilley is a graduate of
Drexel University and
the Temple University
School of Law, and
served as an officer in
the United States Army.

Dan Henneke,
became Vice President
and Corporate Controller
of Metals USA on
December 1, 2005. Mr.
Henneke joined Metals
USA in February, 2003 as
Vice President of
Finance of the Building
Products Group. Prior
to 2003, held various
financial positions in
manufacturing and
distribution related
companies. Mr. Henneke
is a graduate of the
University of Houston
with a BBA in Accounting
and, upon graduation,
worked for more than 8
years in the audit group
of Arthur Andersen & Co.
Mr. Henneke is a
Certified Public
Accountant.

Hugh M. Gray, became Vice President and
Chief Information
Officer of Metals USA in
May 2003, after joining
Metals USA as a Director
of IT in October 2000.
Prior to that, Mr. Gray
was Director of IT and
CIO of pre-engineered
metal building and
metals roofing
companies, and President
and CEO of a computer
software and management
consulting company, as
well as President of a
technology division of a
Bethlehem Steel
subsidiary. Mr. Gray has
a B.Sc. in Mathematics
and Physics from Glasgow
University in Scotland,
and completed post
graduate studies in
Business Administration.

Neil J. Parsley,
became Vice President of
Safety and Facilities
Operations in April,
2003. Mr. Parsley
joined Metals USA with
the acquisition of
Instel Steel Group in
July, 1999 and served as
Vice President of
Operations for the
Plates and Shapes Group
from March 2000 until
April 2003. Prior to
joining Metals USA, Mr.
Parsley served 27 years
in numerous capacities
with Instel Steel Group,
including 24 years as
Vice President of
Operations.

Sharon Romere,
became Vice President of
Human Resources in
January, 2005. Prior to
joining Metals USA in
July, 2003 as Director
of HR, Ms. Romere headed
the Human Resources
Mergers & Acquisition
team for AquaSource,
Inc., a subsidiary of
Duquense Light. From
1990 through 1996, Ms.
Romere was Director of
Human Resources for
Maxxam, Inc. Ms. Romere
holds a Bachelors degree
in Management and a
Senior Professional
Human Resources
certification.

Sam Sciple,
became Vice President
and Director of Internal
Audit on March 1, 2003.
Previously, Mr. Sciple
served as Vice President
and CFO of Jeffreys
Steel Company, Mobile,
Alabama, where he had
been employed since
1979. Jeffreys Steel
Company, comprised of
nine services centers
located through the
Southeast, was acquired
by Metals USA in
September 1997. After
the acquisition, Mr.
Sciple remained with the
Company in the capacity
of regional controller
for the Plates and
Shapes Southeast service
centers until January
2001. He then relocated
to the corporate office
in Houston where he
served as Controller for
the Plates and Shapes
Group. Mr. Sciple
remained in that
position until he
assumed his current
position. Mr. Sciple is
a Certified Public
Accountant and prior to
joining Jeffreys Steel
Company was employed by
a national accounting
firm.
